The WarM Library is located in Pinglang Community, a resettlement site for poverty alleviation and relocation in Wangmo County, Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Southwest Guizhou Province.
The library currently holds about 11,000 books. The library is divided into five areas: children's multi-functional area, youth literature area, and electronic reading area. It is a medium-sized community library serving the relocated community residents and enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the relocated residents .
