After arriving at the scene, the police found that the suspect (Wu Jun, male) was holding a fruit knife in the mall counter and placed the knife on the neck of the mall employee (Jia, female), feeling very excited.

The suspect asked the police to keep a certain distance from him and provide him with pistols, bullets and other items.

　　In the face of sudden police situation, Hailar police immediately launched a major criminal situation handling plan. The police negotiated with the suspect and met their reasonable requirements as much as possible to stabilize the suspect’s emotions to the greatest extent. At the same time, combined with the actual situation on the scene, scientifically formulated Three sets of rescue plans to ensure the personal safety of the hostages.

　　As the negotiation progressed, the suspect's mood gradually eased and asked the police to buy cigarettes and ice water for him, and urged the police to provide him with a pistol and two bullets as soon as possible.

　　At 19:40, the police placed the ice water prepared by the suspect on the counter next to him. After that, the suspect put down the sharp knife with his left hand and prepared to drink from the water cup. The policeman holding the stun gun grasped the fighter plane, quickly stepped forward, and aimed. Suspect's chest fruit broke the gun and shot.

Subsequently, the suspect lost the ability to resist and was successfully captured, and the hostages were rescued safely.

So far, after 54 minutes of efficient work by the police, the hostage-taking case has been successfully handled.

　　After interrogation, the suspect Wu Moujun confessed to the fact that he took the hostage.

According to Wu Moujun’s confession, he is 26 years old and is a native of Baorixile Town, Chen Barhu Banner. Because of the death of his parents since childhood, lack of education and care, and his life experience is very rough, he has a world-weary mood.

Before the incident, he was frustrated by wandering and working again. In order to reduce the suffering of suicide, he decided to take hostages to ask the police for guns and commit suicide.

　　At present, the suspect Wu Moujun has been criminally detained by Hailar Public Security Bureau on suspicion of kidnapping. The case is being further processed.
