Operation restart of the Joetsu Shinkansen 2:31 on September 10
Due to the heavy rain, the Joetsu Shinkansen was suspended from operation on the upper and lower lines between Tokyo Station and Echigo Yuzawa Station, but at 2:14 am, the upper and lower lines resumed operation.
According to JR East, the Joetsu Shinkansen will operate as usual from the first train on the 10th morning.
