On September 9, a fire broke out in a logistics warehouse at Jinhaian Avenue, Yinhai District, Beihai City, Guangxi.
After receiving the police, the Beihai Fire Command Center quickly dispatched 4 fire-fighting formations, 1 elevating formation, and 1 rescue formation, totaling 15 fire trucks and 70 firefighters to the scene of the fire.
After the fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene, they discovered that the burning building was a single-layer iron-clad logistics warehouse. Thick smoke emerged from the warehouse. The warehouse’s door was closed and could not be opened. Upon questioning, it was found that there were no trapped persons in the warehouse.
Immediately, firefighters organized the demolition of the Kumen. After about an hour to fight the fire, the fire was successfully suppressed and the fire at the scene was extinguished.
At present, the cause of the fire and property losses are under further investigation and statistics.
