The Fujairah Social and Cultural Association announced the launch of the first virtual version of the "Melody on the Fujairah Saghir" musical forum, under the slogan: "The Emirates is a message of peace", through the live broadcast on the association's platform on Instagram, during the period from 12 to 18 September.

Emirati and Arab musicians participating in the forum are: Iman Al-Hashemi (piano), Muhammad Shamdeen (guitar), Uday Suleiman (Qanun), Muhammad Al-Qiblawi (violin), Fadhil Al-Hamidi (cello), Amjad Al-Jarmani (Nai), and Jasim Al-Jasem (Oud). .

"The forum presents a series of artistic performances that are characterized by an innovative mix of contemporary and classic music presented by different Arab musical talents, and seven artists will participate in it over a period of seven days," said the association’s chairman, Khaled Al-Dhanhani.

Al-Dhanhani added, "Music is a global language that unites peoples, builds bridges of dialogue and communication among them, and promotes the values ​​of peace, tolerance, coexistence and acceptance of others, which is in line with the UAE's approach to consecrating tolerance, peaceful coexistence, and brotherhood among all with different religions and cultures."

The director of the Fujairah Cultural Café, the director of the forum, Salma Al-Hafiti, said: “We seek, through the forum, to produce a new cultural formula based on cultural diversity, harmony, dialogue and human respect, as well as highlighting the importance of the role of culture and the arts, especially music.”
