Magnitude 5.2 earthquake hits Japan

This was reported by TASS with reference to the National Meteorological Office of Japan.

It is noted that the epicenter of the elements was located near Ibaraki prefecture.

The source of the earthquake lay at a depth of about 20 km.

Earlier, seismologists recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 off the coast of Vanuatu.
