Téléfoot walks the talk.

Last Sunday, the channel was the victim of a series of bugs, affecting the retransmission of Ligue 1 matches. No luck for new subscribers wishing to follow the Reims-Lille or Metz-Monaco matches.

Between the cut of the signal and the absence of comments, viewers had difficulty in fully experiencing the sports competition.

“It seems that a problem has arisen,” could one read on the screens.

And for good reason, this series of bugs was linked to the worldwide failure of a large Internet service provider, CenturyLink, based in the United States.

The channel of the Mediapro group, which could not do much to resolve the problem, “encountered technical problems beyond its control,” she explained at the time.

Despite our best efforts to remedy it as soon as possible, some of you have been deprived of your match.

"

Only two weeks after its launch, the channel fears the flight of new subscribers to the competition.

In order to temper the anger of Internet users, who have made it known on social networks, Téléfoot has decided to proceed with "a reimbursement equal to 25% of the first theoretical monthly payment of [their] subscription.

The concerned must have received an email informing them of this commercial gesture.
