They locked up their children for 4 months for fear of "Corona" in Sweden

A Swedish court punished parents by taking their children away from them, after they locked them inside their home for about 4 months for fear of exposing them to the virus, as reported by the British "Guardian" newspaper.

The oldest parents locked their three children, between the ages of 10 and 17, inside the house between March and July, and prevented them from leaving the house completely.

The children's lawyer said that the parents closed the door of the house with nails to prevent them from leaving, and they also locked each one of them separately in his room to prevent them from mixing with each other.

The parents denied that they imprisoned the children against their will, saying that they were allowed to go out "if they wanted to," and assured that they would appeal the ruling.

Sweden was among the countries that did not impose strict closure orders at the height of the "Covid 19" epidemic, as restaurants and sports clubs remained open, and students under the age of 16 were obligated to go to school.
