  The Japan Meteorological Agency announced that at 21:00 local time on the 1st, "Mesak" was moving to the northeast at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour 250 kilometers north of Kume Island in Okinawa Prefecture.

The maximum wind speed in the center of the typhoon is up to 50 meters per second.

  Although the current typhoon has gradually moved away from the main island of Okinawa, the local wind is still strong.

A total of 248 flights were suspended at Naha Airport in Okinawa Prefecture on the 1st, and 12,160 households in Okinawa Prefecture were powered off.  

  According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, due to the combined effects of "Mesaq" and cold air, during the day from the 2nd to the 4th, there were heavy to heavy rains in most parts of Heilongjiang, Jilin, eastern Liaoning and other places, and heavy heavy rains locally; There are strong winds of magnitude 6 to 8, gusts of magnitude 9 to 10, and local levels can reach magnitude 11.
