To reduce the burden on public health centers, the city has introduced a health observation system that uses “LINE” at Tama Tachikawa Public Health Center from day one.



We ask people who are receiving medical treatment at home to answer 15 questions such as body temperature and whether they have a cough twice a day, and the answers are recorded in the database.



For those who do not have an answer or who have a change in physical condition, the public health center will contact them by phone to check the condition.



Tokyo will be introduced at other public health centers in the future.
