It is estimated that from 08:00 on September 3 to 08:00 on September 4, there will be heavy rainstorms in northeastern Liaoning, Jilin, most of Heilongjiang, northeastern Inner Mongolia and other places, and local heavy rains in central and northwestern Jilin, and southwestern Heilongjiang ( 100～130mm), the maximum hourly rainfall is 30～50mm, and the local area can reach 60mm.

Defense guide:
