On the morning of September 1, 2020, the "Golden Bull Sending Fu Jia He Yexing-The Start-up Ceremony for Special Stamp Printing of "Xin Chou Nian"" hosted by China Post Group Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing Stamp Printing Bureau.

Liu Aili, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of China Post Group Co., Ltd., and the creator of the four-wheeled zodiac bull stamp-famous painter Yao Zhonghua, famous graphic designer Chen Shaohua, and Shandong intangible cultural heritage representative inheritor Qi Xiuhua jointly sign the "Xin Chou Year" zodiac The stamp artwork was unveiled, and the printing of special stamps for the "Xin Chou Year" was launched, announcing the official production of stamps for the Year of the Ox.

The "Xin Chou Nian" special stamp is the sixth set in the fourth round of the Chinese zodiac stamp series. It was created by the famous painter Mr. Yao Zhonghua. It continues the concept of "home and country" in the fourth round of zodiac stamps. The combination of the expectations of the family and the expectations of the family form a strong New Year blessing.

Among them, the first one is called "Strive for Strength", which depicts a majestic, powerful and indomitable image of a bull.

The bull raises its hooves, heads forward, and its eyes are piercing, expressing the implied meaning of striving hard to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation without fear of difficulties and dangers.

The second one is called "The Year of the Ox," and it conveys the best wishes of family prosperity, harmony and reunion to the people of the whole country through the warm picture of the big cow and the little cow licking the calf.

The special stamp of "Xin Chou Nian" vividly interprets and artistically demonstrates the spirit of the zodiac ox "down-to-earth, daring to fight, pioneering, diligent and dedicated" through the combination of movement and static, strength and warmth.

The special stamps of "Xin Chou Nian" are presented using offset printing and engraving combined printing, and are engraved by Liu Bo, a young designer of the Stamp Printing Bureau.

The pattern details presented by the engraving plate are richer and more delicate, and with the bright colors, the overall artwork appears elegant and solemn.

The stamp uses special anti-counterfeiting stamp paper for the Chinese zodiac. The first format uses ink-free engraving to present the Chinese zodiac verse. The color offset printing frequency conversion technology and the red fluorescent anti-counterfeiting ink are both anti-counterfeiting and artistic.

On January 5, 2021, the special stamps of "Xin Chou Year" will be officially put on sale.
