On August 31, the woman’s boyfriend, Mr. Tong, told The Paper (www.theppaer.cn) that his girlfriend, Ms. Wang, received the express delivery of the dress she bought on the 29th. After unpacking, she found a pile of yellow paper money was Put it between the two skirts.

The unpacking video provided by Mr. Tong shows that Ms. Wang checked the integrity of the package before express delivery and found no abnormalities.

Afterwards, she used a utility knife to open the express package. The skirts she bought were divided into two boxes. The first box was opened without any abnormalities, but after opening the second box, she found a stack of paper money.

On the evening of August 31, the seller in question told The Paper that she did not release the paper money, and there was no misplacement. She had never seen such paper money.

She suspected that the courier had unpacked the package during the shipment, and had submitted a related complaint to the express company SF Express.

But so far she has not received a positive reply, and the staff of SF Express only replied, "Under investigation, let the site verify."

Mr. Tong said that when they received the courier, they were complete and had not opened the package. Inquiring the number on the courier note also showed that it was the first time that the courier note was printed.

"So it can be ruled out that this courier was unpacked, which means that no one did anything in the middle."

The report to the police provided by Mr. Tong shows that the Dalong Police Station of the Panyu District Bureau of the Guangzhou Public Security Bureau has registered and accepted the aforementioned report.

Mr. Tong said that at 19:00 on the 31st, he communicated with the seller for a refund, and that the 1,522 yuan spent on the dress has been fully refunded.

On the same day, the seller in question also confirmed to The Paper that they had refunded the buyer and the skirt remained on the buyer's side for the police to collect evidence.
