The reporter learned from the Nangang District Government of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province that at about 16:34 on August 31, 2020, a partial collapse occurred in a 3-story private house in Building 1, Xingli Village, Wanggang Town, Nangang District, Harbin City. The collapsed area was about 60 square meters. Active rescue efforts, all three trapped were successfully rescued.
After the incident, the emergency, public security, fire and other relevant departments immediately arrived at the scene and organized and conducted rescue operations. After one and a half hours of rescue and rescue, all trapped persons were successfully rescued. They are currently under observation and treatment in the hospital with normal vital signs.
At the same time, relevant departments and professional technicians set up a special accident investigation team, which is investigating the cause of the collapse accident and carrying out the aftermath work.
