After graduating from junior high school and before starting to start a business, I was busy with family and self-study for about 12 years. In this process, I got a lot of learning opportunities. Although I could not continue to go to regular school, because I like to study, I visited many familiar teachers to learn about Tibetan culture such as poetry and philosophy.

[Explanation] Solanga said that his family mainly relies on agriculture for their livelihood, but due to the limited harvest of farmland, which cannot meet the family's living needs, he started to learn to do business. Only he knew the bitterness.

I started to set up a stall. At that time, I was very shy and worried about meeting my fellow villagers and friends. I sold paper and pens. I asked people in the past to buy pens and paper.

[Explanation] With the improvement of Tibet’s entrepreneurial environment and the change of self-awareness, Solanga tried to start a business in 2018 and set up his own industrial company, becoming one of the local young entrepreneurs, but due to shortage of funds and other issues, There were still difficulties in the early stage of the business.

[Commentary] When telling his entrepreneurial story, Can Solanga mentioned the local official policy support and the selfless help of his friends from time to time. Therefore, he is always grateful, actively learning, working hard to innovate, and constantly developing and selling Tibetan cultural tourism Among the products, two of the "Jisula" car accessories are cultural and creative products he successfully developed.

According to legend, "Jisula" was born in a poor family, but was full of ambitions in folk history. Can Solanga told reporters that he was influenced by the bravery and selfless spirit of "Jisula" during his "retrograde" on the road to entrepreneurship. Therefore, he actively collected and sorted out the classic philosophical stories of "Jisula", compiled them and put them on the market, so that this sunny folk historical figure could "live" in modern life.

Currently, Solangacan runs a theme restaurant full of "Jisula" cultural elements. He told reporters that entrepreneurship needs to keep pace with the times, and the tourism market is his goal. He will work harder to open up a new path of innovation and entrepreneurship that integrates cultural creation, catering, accommodation, etc., so that his family and people around him can enjoy better life.

For this restaurant under the banner of an industrial company, our industrial company not only opens a restaurant, but also actively develops cultural and creative products. In the future, it will mainly adjust and promote related work in conjunction with policy changes and market development.
