Hong Seok-cheon, a broadcaster and restaurant businessman of'Yongsan-gu guardian', ended the operation of the last restaurant in Itaewon due to the spread of Coronavirus-19.

Hong Seok-cheon said through his social network service (SNS) on the 29th, "My last store in Itaewon will be closed on Sunday." "When I came out at the age of 30 in 2000 and was kicked out of the broadcast, I started with a small rooftop restaurant, and in many cases I have run up to 7 stores."

Earlier, Hong Seok-cheon suffered a direct hit from the operation of the restaurant due to the aftermath of Corona 19 confirmed by visitors to the Itaewon club. Since then, Hong Seok-cheon has tried various public relations activities and attempts, but it was not enough to provoke the Itaewon commercial district, which was cut off.

He said, "I have overcome all the crises such as the financial crisis and MERS, but in front of this guy's corona, I also have a hard time withstanding, so I close the last store." I thought that a vague dream had been made over the years, but I was so sad, upset, and angry, and then I feel refreshed.

On the 30th, Hong Seok-cheon cheered the merchants in Itaewon, saying, "#Please love and support Itaewon a lot. Let's overcome the corona by all means. All self-employed people, do our best."
