The academic reputation of institutions, especially those of higher education, is extremely important. Institutional reputation is measured by international rating institutions, such as the Shanghai ranking and the QS index.

The prevailing corruption these days is based on publishing, as university faculty members must publish a certain number of researches, in order for them to be promoted in the academic corps. Some universities are aware of the importance of quality rather than number, so they set the condition for publishing research papers in scientific journals of a specific classification, or At least the journal in which the publication will be published should be included in classifications such as the "Scopes" classification, but some universities did not pay attention to this point, which was exploited by some faculty members who do not have any research skill or who want to shorten the way, as they turned to publishing in Magazines are just a website and international publication numbering (obtained for free), and are nothing more than a portal for publishing research that does not rise to the level of scientific research. I happened upon a site for one of those notorious magazines, which specializes in education, and found that many researchers of education and special education in particular have research published in that journal, which starts at $ 75 for registration, then is paid according to the number of research words, and the amount ranges from 400 $ 2,500 words to $ 1,200 for a 12,000 word search. It seems that some supervisors direct their students to specific magazines for publication, and that puts a big question mark, especially since some of these supervisors are known and students trust their guidance.
