Internet articles have become the "hardest hit area" for piracy

According to data from iResearch, the overall loss of piracy of Chinese online literature in 2019 was 5.64 billion yuan, and the loss of mobile piracy increased by 10.4% year-on-year. Piracy undermines the direct interests of authors and copyright owners of regular content, and seriously hinders the healthy development of the industry chain.
In order to crack down on piracy and create a good online copyright environment, the competent authorities have long insisted on cracking down on piracy. According to statistics, from 2016 to 2019, only one platform for reading articles complained about the removal of 26.44 million infringement and piracy chains and dealt with 4364 infringement and pirated apps.
