[Poverty alleviation story] Sichuan boys form a band to sing for poverty alleviation resettlement households
Chengbei Thanksgiving Community is the largest centralized resettlement site for poverty alleviation and relocation in Yuexi County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan. It has concentratedly resettled 1421 poor households in 38 villages in 17 townships. After graduating from Jiwa Amu University, the 27-year-old community resident returned to his hometown to form the "Shannan Band" and act as the lead singer. In order to enrich the cultural life of the residents of the community, he and the band often perform charity performances in the community square, singing Yi music songs that the villagers can understand.
