At the Chaganyid Cultural Festival, which has been held for eleven consecutive years, innovative dairy foods such as mozzarella cheese and fruit milk tofu are as popular as traditional dairy foods. Tao Gao said in an exchange with reporters that Chagan The Yide culture is not in the books and brochures, but in the pasture where it was born and thrived, among the milk food in front of us.
