On the afternoon of the 26th, at the site of dismantling a building in Kodaira, Tokyo, eight people who were working were sick and taken to a hospital. Since all of them are conscious, the Metropolitan Police Department and others are investigating the detailed situation as there is a possibility of carbon monoxide poisoning.

According to the Tokyo Fire Department and others, at around 2:30 pm on the 26th, at the dismantling construction site of the Takanodai Building in Kodaira City, a worker was reported to have fallen.

When an ambulance member rushed to the site, eight male workers were sent to the hospital complaining of poor physical condition on the third floor of the building and near the stairs, but they are all conscious.

According to the people involved, the carbon monoxide concentration was high at the site.

As the Metropolitan Police Department may have caused carbon monoxide poisoning for some reason, we interviewed the person in charge of the construction and investigated the detailed situation at that time.

The site is a three-story building that had a bank near Takanodai Station on the Seibu Kokubunji Line, and was said to have been demolished on 26th.
