The ordinance was proposed on August 25 to the August extraordinary assembly in Tottori prefecture, and as a result of the vote, it was passed and passed unanimously.

In the ordinance, cluster measures are stipulated, and in the event of a cluster outbreak, the names of stores and facilities will be announced in principle when it is deemed necessary to prevent the spread of infection.

In addition, if the store or facility where the cluster has occurred does not take necessary measures such as immediately suspending sales and use, it is possible that the governor can recommend suspension of sales and use.

On the other hand, it is said that the prefecture is able to provide "cooperation money" to stores and facilities if it is found to have occurred even though sufficient measures were taken to prevent clusters.

The ordinance came into effect on September 1, and according to the prefecture, it is the first ordinance in Japan to specialize in cluster measures.
