But this time, I announced that assistance dogs can enter all places."

However, before the controversy, assistance dogs' access to the main assembly hall was legally guaranteed. So, in hopes that there will be no more controversy, Rep. Kim Ye-ji proposed a'Joy Law' that prevents guide dogs and other assistance dogs from being denied entry.

Rep. Kim Ye-ji was getting help from attendants while Joey was on vacation. He said, "When it comes to convenience, it is convenient for someone to do it. But when I say that I lead my life as a subjective human being, a helper dog or an assistant dog becomes a being with me and cannot be considered with convenience alone."

After Rep. Kim Ye-ji's proposal for Joey Law, the National Assembly has undergone many changes. In particular, in the main conference hall where there was controversy over Joey's entry, a pictogram ``welcome to guide dogs'' was located. Actually, the meaning of the changes that occurred with Joy was not small. As a result, it made me look forward to the changes that the bill initiated by Congressman Kim will bring to our society.
