Lawyer Salih Al-Sakka asked, based on authorization from his client, to do a DNA analysis to confirm that the two children (Yusef and Maryam - 10 years old) are not Sameh Sami's sons, not even Hala Sidqi herself, according to the lawyer, who said that he recently learned that the artist had placed eggs for another woman in order to give birth to her. , Calling on "the ancient and lofty Egyptian judiciary and the sovereignty of the Attorney General to investigate the matter and make a DNA analysis on this incident."
The lawyer explained during the video clip that the artist passed the childbearing age and was suffering from problems that prevent her from conceiving, so she traveled to London for a microscopic injection, and there she obtained eggs from a donor, so she is not a mother to her two sons, Joseph and Mary.
For her part, Hala Sidky filed a memorandum to the Egyptian Attorney General against the lawyer. She explained, "My lawyer has submitted a memorandum to the Attorney General against this person, as well as my husband, and we will address the Bar Association to investigate the attorney’s statements on that case."
The lawyer accused Hala Sidqi “of defaming her ex-husband, who made a general power of attorney for her, and through him sold a piece of land for herself owned by the husband, and its price is 60 million Egyptian pounds. Because of that, problems occurred between them and then he traveled to America, especially since Hala also seized his money through a power of attorney. Which he left to her ».
He added that Sameh Sami filed a case to cancel the power of attorney, while the artist filed an alimony case against him and he is still suffering from it and other responsibilities that he has no capacity to pay monthly, especially since she presented to the court two false witnesses, according to the lawyer.
In response to all that was raised, Hala Sidqi issued a statement in which she warned against circulating any false or misleading information regarding her disagreement with her husband, stressing that she would resort to the courts if this happened.
She said in the statement that she “was surprised by a video clip of a person claiming to be a lawyer, in which he accused her of seizing her husband’s money under a power of attorney, surprisingly, without any legal basis, and also touched upon some private family matters that have not been decided by the judiciary, and accordingly the lawyer has advanced She has a memorandum for the Attorney General to file a defamation case against this person, as well as her ex-husband, and the Bar Association will be addressed within hours to look at the professionalism of what happened, and measure the damages to her family as a result of that.
Hala added, "He is trying to insult me and defame me and my reputation, in revenge for me after he lost the issue of alimony, despite my attempts not to address the issue in the media out of my children's feelings."
