Kochi New Corona 1 person newly confirmed infected to 106 people in the prefecture at 14:28 on August 21st

Governor Hamada of Kochi Prefecture announced that a man in his 20s was newly confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus. With this, 106 people were confirmed infected in Kochi Prefecture.
