  On August 20th, the Wangguo Festival horse race is in progress in Zhangda Village, Azha Township, Zanang County, Shannan City, Tibet. Wangguo Festival is a traditional folk custom popular in the Tibet Autonomous Region and one of the national intangible cultural heritage. "Wang" refers to crops. Tibetan called "Wangka" or "Xingka". "Fruit" means circle around, that is, circle around the crops that are in sight. It is the folk custom of Tibetan farmers to celebrate the harvest. The costumes worn by the riders on horseback are traditional Tibetan cavalry costumes, which now carry more commemorative meaning, mainly to pray for good luck and good harvest.
