According to the flood control water regime information of Chongqing, the highest water level of Ciqikou in Chongqing section of the Jialing River reached 192 meters on that day, the super-warning water level was 11 meters, and the super-guaranteed water level was 8 meters. It is reported that affected by the heavy rainfall in the Sichuan Basin, the water level of the Jialing River and the Chongqing section of the Yangtze River has greatly exceeded the guaranteed water level.
