Tolerance and Coexistence launches the Conference on the Role of Women in Promoting the Values of Coexistence

Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, affirmed that Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Women's Union, Chair of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (Mother of the Emirates), represents the example, symbol, and unlimited giving, and sincere efforts in all fields, Pointing out that the experience of (Mother of the Nation), in the field of empowering women, the family and the child, so that they all contribute to the national and societal march, is the example and the model for all, to follow in her footsteps for the sake of humanity everywhere, explaining that “Her Highness is a natural extension of the school of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, who was a school for all humanity in endless dedication and giving, and its highness will remain a model for this school that is difficult to repeat, and which the history of humanitarian work stops for a long time, to be one of the eloquent lessons for all generations.
This came during the announcement of the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence organizing the conference “The Role of Women in Promoting the Values of Coexistence”, in conjunction with the “Emirati Women's Day”, which will be held next Wednesday, through visual communication technology, under the slogan “Foreseeing the Contribution of Women in the Fifty-Year”, in the presence of an Emirati A prominent Arab and international, through three main sessions, the first deals with discussing everything related to "women and its relationship to the values of coexistence, tolerance and the future", and a number of ministers and international experts will speak in it. As for the second session, it will discuss "Emirati women over 50 years of distinguished status and continuous achievements." As for the third session, it will deal with everything related to "programs and initiatives to empower women to contribute to making the future."
Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak indicated that women and the family occupy a prominent position in the priorities of the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence, as the ministry, through its continuous activities and programs, focuses on promoting the values of tolerance among women and supporting their efforts to be fully capable of performing their vital role in achieving coexistence, peace and prosperity. And in developing the values of tolerance, understanding and respect for different cultures and civilizations, stressing that Emirati women have expressed their capabilities and position through their achievements in various fields of life, and this would not have been achieved without the efforts of the (Mother of the Emirates) pioneer in empowering and strengthening the status of women, so Her Highness did not spare an effort to support Emirati women And Arabic, from education, training and sponsorship to leadership positions.
Regarding the goals and themes of the conference, he explained that “the conference is an ideal opportunity to review women's issues and their pivotal role in the future of our dear homeland, and that it aims to present the model (Mother of the Emirates) as a pioneering Emirati experience in empowering women, and strengthening their role in building a set of values of tolerance and coexistence in a multi-society. Cultures, as an example the world can follow its path.
