Tokyu Toyoko Line Shibuya-Jiyugaoka Stopped driving August 18th 23:10
The Tokyu Toyoko Line has been suspended due to an injury accident between Tokyo Metropolitan University Station and Jiyugaoka Station at 10:40 pm due to the up and down line between Shibuya Station and Jiyugaoka Station. It is expected that the operation will resume at around 0:15 am on the 19th.
