After investigation, at 6 o'clock on August 17, the suspect Li (male, 25 years old) threw debris out of the window from his home on the 16th floor because he vented his emotions, causing a passing person to be scratched by debris. At present, Li has been criminally detained by Chaoyang Public Security Bureau for allegedly endangering public safety by dangerous methods. The case is under further work.
