As of 24:00 on August 16, Xinjiang (including the Corps) has 378 confirmed cases (7 critically ill and 23 critically ill), all of which are in Urumqi; there are 127 asymptomatic infections, including 126 in Urumqi 1 case in Changji Prefecture (imported from Urumqi); 9446 people are still under medical observation.
