The notice stated: Our court has investigated and learned that on May 20, 2020, our court accepted the (2020) Lu0211 Minchu No. 8429 Contract Dispute Case, and applied summary procedures in accordance with the law and made a judgment. The reason and basis of the judgment in this case were both to reject the plaintiff's request, but the main sentence of the judgment was to support the plaintiff's request. It was an error in the judgment and did not belong to the scope of clerical errors. The plaintiff now indicated that it would appeal.
