A vineyard farm in the Chichibu area of Saitama Prefecture opened, and visitors were able to taste the freshly grown grapes while taking measures against infection with the new coronavirus.
In the Chichibu area of Saitama prefecture, there are about 50 tourist farms where you can enjoy grape picking, and at Komatsuzawa Leisure Farm in Yokose Town, about 30 varieties of grapes are grown on 1.5 hectares of land.
Visitors enjoyed hunting grapes after disinfecting their hands after taking a thermometer at the entrance to prevent infection with the new coronavirus.
I used scissors to cut out the grapes that had grown soft and gave them a delicious cheek.
It means that from this October onwards, various varieties of grapes such as "Chichibuyama Ruby" and "Shine Muscat" can be tasted.
An elementary school boy from Tokorozawa said, "It's sweet and delicious. I'll eat grapes and study hard next week."
Tsuneo Machida, who runs a farm, said, "The weather has improved in August, and delicious grapes have been made. I am taking good measures against corona, so please go out with confidence."
