Special groups such as diseases go to the mainland for medical treatment to open up green channels.
The above-mentioned personnel hold the Xinjiang Health Code (including the Urumqi Changxing Code) "green code" and the nucleic acid test report (negative) within the past 7 days, and they can pass after verification and registration by the community.
The procedures for the above-mentioned personnel to obtain nucleic acid test reports are as follows:
One is that the above-mentioned personnel can apply for nucleic acid testing to their communities through the community cadres.
Second, the nucleic acid testing team of the Urumqi Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Headquarters will coordinately arrange the Municipal Centers for Disease Control or other competent district (county) CDCs and testing agencies to organize within 24 hours of receiving the district (county) report Professional medical personnel come to take samples on site; the cost of nucleic acid testing shall be borne by the municipal finance.
Third, if the above-mentioned personnel found no abnormality in the full coverage nucleic acid test in Urumqi, they can apply to the district (county) CDC through the community, and the district (county) CDC will issue a certificate of no abnormality in the nucleic acid test and stamp the district ( The official seal of the county) CDC. The certificate of no abnormality in the nucleic acid test can only be used within the last 7 days and within the validity period of the latest nucleic acid test. If the nucleic acid test result is positive, the district (county) CDC will immediately follow the relevant procedures.
