Shin Hyun-joon announced that he would take legal action against former manager Kim Mo, who claimed that actor Shin Hyun-joon had been on the line of police investigations 10 years ago for illegally administering Propofol.

On August 12, the legal representative of Shin Hyun-jun, Pyeongan, a law firm, said, "The Gangnam Police Department has been confirmed to have rejected the accusation on July 27 without conducting an investigation on the grounds that no illegal facts were found to Shin Hyun-jun."

Earlier, Shin Hyun-jun's former manager, Kim Mo, filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station, alleging Shin Hyun-joon's illegal administration of propofol.

The police are obligated to review the complaint and reject it or accept it, as prescribed by the criminal investigation rules.

Pyongan said, "We have already filed a complaint for acts that seriously damaged the honor of actor Shin Hyun-jun, and we will continue to respond decisively to ask for legal penalties and responsibilities accordingly."

Meanwhile, Shin Hyun-jun's former manager, Kim, claimed that while working with Shin Hyun-jun, he did not get paid properly, and that he suffered frequent urges and rants through SNS messages.

Mr. Kim said, "I'm not doing this for money," and filed a complaint against Shin Hyun-jun at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul for defamation by spreading false information.
