Many employees were exposed to courses such as career planning and production management for the first time. [Explanation] In recent years, Liuzhou snail noodles have set off a continuous "tip-of-tongue storm" in China and even overseas, and have become "Internet celebrity snacks", with sales increasing year by year. However, with the popularity of snail noodles and the continuous expansion of the market, snail noodles enterprises are in short supply of talents.

This time, 220 employees of Guangxi Zhongliu Food Technology Co., Ltd. carried out a 2-day training. The training content was mainly to improve professionalism and execution.

The snail powder enterprise has gradually increased in scale, and they feel that the larger the scale, the higher the requirements for talents. The quality and ability of talents are gradually mismatched, and they feel a bottleneck.
[Explanation] Liuzhou Snail Noodle Industry College is jointly established by the government, Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College and industry enterprises. Through preliminary visits to snail powder enterprises, the school understands the training needs and difficulties of enterprises, and is committed to cultivating compound application-oriented talents for snail powder enterprises and supports the development of Liuzhou snail powder industry. In the next step, Liuzhou Snail Noodle Industry College will set up order classes. Training talents in e-commerce, marketing, catering services, and equipment maintenance for snail powder enterprises.
[Explanation] According to statistics previously released by Liuzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Liuzhou Customs, the output value of pre-packaged Liuzhou snail flour in the first half of 2020 is 4.98 billion yuan, with a daily production capacity of 2.5 million bags. The export volume of snail powder has skyrocketed, and the total value of snail powder that has passed the customs inspection is 8 times that of last year.
