Based on field investigation and exploration, it is preliminarily judged to be the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. Layered burial customs appeared in this cemetery, which was the first to be discovered in Yunnan Province.

  According to reports, there are currently 59 tombs that have been cleaned up and are being cleaned by the archaeological department. There are four types of tombs: rectangular, round, irregular-shaped vertical pits and sarcophagus tombs. Based on the overlapping relationship, the archaeological department judged that the sarcophagus tomb was the latest type of tomb in the cemetery.

  Surprisingly, the burial pit of this cemetery is characterized by layered burial, and there are 1 to 2 primary burial remains on each floor, and multiple secondary burial remains are placed around it. This burial custom is the first in Yunnan. Find.

  According to on-site archaeologists, the largest number of burials in a single burial pit has been discovered with 4 layers. For example, tomb 12, there are as many as 19 skulls in the tomb. However, there are not many burial objects in the cemetery. There are single and double-eared clay pots, as well as pottery spinning wheels, sea shells, stone beads, and small pieces of copper ornaments.
