According to telephone reports from Ya'an City and relevant districts and counties, as of now, the heavy rainfall has caused 6 deaths and 5 loss of contact in Ya'an City. The flood peak water level of Duoyingping Station on Qingyi River is 589.5 meters, exceeding the highest water level in history. At present, rescue forces such as firefighters and medical personnel have entered the disaster area to transfer and treat the people affected by the disaster.
