The very popular Act-age manga  comes to an abrupt end. Its publication will cease after its screenwriter, Tatsuya Matsuki, was arrested on Saturday for sexual assault on two college girls. The man, aged 29, grabbed the breasts of a young girl who was riding a bicycle in a street in Tokyo (Japan), reports the 9emeart.fr site. He fled and did it again an hour later, attacking a passerby.

The police, alerted by the first victim, recognized Tatsuya Matsuki thanks to the video surveillance images. Arrested, he admitted the facts with which he is accused.

"We take the matter seriously"

This Monday, the Japanese magazine Weekly Shonen Jump which published Act-age in its pages announced via a press release that the series would end with the chapter that will appear in its next issue. A decision taken in agreement with the designer Shiro Usazaki. "We take the matter seriously," assured the editorial staff who promise to "do everything" so that Shiro Usazaki can work on new projects.
