This is the first episode of our series on French cities that must do without the festival that punctuated their summer. Economic, social and psychological consequences, the cultural sector is trying somehow to get up after confinement. First stop in the city of Arles today, in the south of France. No International Meeting of Photography, or Les Suds music festival this year, two events that bring nearly a million visitors to the city. However, the Arlésiens try to adapt as much as possible.
