"Xinhua Dictionary" (12th edition) was officially unveiled in Beijing Book Building on August 10. It is reported that this revision is mainly reflected in eight aspects: according to the "General Standard Chinese Characters Table" and other standard standards, some prefixes have been added, deleted, modified, and adjusted; new words have been added appropriately, such as "chuxin", "like", and "QR code" "Etc.; get close to life, add new meanings and new usages, such as "Meng" add meaning: "immature and lovable: sell cute"; advance with the times, improve the interpretation of words; add practical pronunciation, such as "'鲗 (鲗) 'zé is used for place names: ~鱼涌 (chōng) (in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region)"; standardized and practical, perfected the "radical checklist"; updated the appendix information according to authoritative information; each page of the main text is attached with a QR code and paper The form of book + QR code has realized the second upgrade of media integration.
