"According to information from regional forestry dispatch services, over the past day, 07.08.2020, 55 forest fires were liquidated in Russia on an area of ​​771 hectares," RIA Novosti quotes a message.

By the end of the day, 107 forest fires were active in Russia, which were actively extinguished.
