All this fits into a simple opposition "truth - falsehood" so that no one has doubts about where is the light of truth, and where is the darkness of the disinformation of pseudo-reality, so that no one is tempted to doubt.
A society devoid of doubts does not need dialogue and alternative points of view: it is monolithic and easily manageable. Something suggests that Western society is being intensively trained for such reactions. What is the loud practice of public public bullying - the same harassment and so on, sharpened to develop the necessary reflexes. This is how the matrix of the Western world is being built, the pillars of which are vigilantly watched by the Smiths agents in the person of politicians, professional demagogues-speculators, as well as the media, vested with the monopoly right to transmit the truth.

It is possible that they were in a hurry with him, because the worldwide coronavirus bad weather could shake the foundations of programming in Western society. The logic in the report is simple: Russia is acting purposefully, in all directions and in many aspects to misinform the world, sow chaos and confusion in it. She attacks. The document emphasizes that propaganda and disinformation are entirely the property of our country. That is, we are talking about the same building of an associative array with Russia, which is ideologically firmly placed on the dark side of the Earth, and therefore everything negative can be easily and with a clear conscience applied to it.
This report is a dogma, it must be taken on faith. No one cares, so much it corresponds to reality, because it was created for the purpose of projecting this very reality and special coding of information.
That is why, in parallel with the report, the State Department launched a program according to which 10 million is offered for information about "interference" in the US elections.
