Since July 17th, the 12315 consumer rights protection platform has accepted a total of 1539 price complaints and clues, with a resolution rate of 92%. 342 complaints about the price of the 12345 mayor’s special line were accepted, and the settlement rate was 98%.
According to reports, the Urumqi Market Supervision Administration focuses on vegetable price monitoring, improves the accuracy of price supervision, and continuously increases the frequency of market inspections and inspections.
