The maximum wind force near the center was 13 Level (38 m/s, typhoon level). Affected by this, from 08:00 on August 4 to 08:00 on August 5, there were heavy rainstorms in southeastern Jiangsu, Shanghai, and central and eastern Zhejiang. Heavy rains or heavy rains in Zhejiang and other places strong winds along the Zhejiang coast

  Yesterday, affected by typhoon Hagupit, there were heavy rains or heavy rains in southeastern Zhejiang, local heavy rains (271-346 mm) in Wenzhou; 9-12 gusts occurred along the eastern coast of Zhejiang, and 13-17 locals in the southeast coast . "Hagupit" affects Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other places

  It is expected that "Hagupit" will move northward at a speed of 20-25 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will gradually weaken. It will pass through north-central Zhejiang and south-central Jiangsu and move from central Jiangsu into the Yellow Sea on the morning of the 5th. Turn to the northeast and move towards the western coast of the Korean Peninsula.

  Affected by this, from 08:00 on August 4 to 08:00 on August 5, there were heavy rainstorms in southeastern Jiangsu, Shanghai, and central and eastern Zhejiang. Among them, there were heavy rainstorms in Shanghai, northeastern Zhejiang, and southeastern Jiangsu. There is a heavy rainstorm (250~300mm). The wind force in the western part of the East China Sea, Zhejiang coast, Hangzhou Bay, Yangtze River estuary, Shanghai coast, and southern Jiangsu coast is 9-10, and some sea areas have winds of 11-12 and 13-14 gusts. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue an orange typhoon warning at 06:00 on August 4.

There will be heavy rainfall in the eastern part of Northwest China, north, central and southern China

  It is expected that from the 4th to 7th, there will be heavy rainfall in the eastern part of Northwest China, the central and southern parts of North China, Huanghuai and other places, and there will be heavy to heavy rains in some areas and local heavy rains. In addition, in the next three days, there will be many showers or thunderstorms in Northeast China, western Sichuan Basin, southern China and other places. The precipitation is unevenly distributed. There will be heavy or heavy rain in the local area, accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-term heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and hail. . The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue rainstorm warning at 06:00 on August 4.

Hot weather in Jiangnan Jianghuai and other places

  In the next three days, there will be high temperature weather above 35°C in Jiangnan, Jianghuai, Jianghan, the central and eastern Sichuan Basin, and the southern Xinjiang Basin. The highest temperature in some areas can reach 37-39°C.

  From 08:00 on August 4th to 08:00 on August 5th, some areas in central and eastern Heilongjiang, northeastern Northwest China, northern Huanghuai, southeastern Jiangsu, northeastern Jiangnan, eastern and southern South China, southern Yunnan, Hainan Island, etc. Heavy rains, including heavy rains in northern Shaanxi, Shanghai, northeastern Zhejiang and other places, and extremely heavy rains (250-300 mm) locally. In some areas of Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula, southern Jiangsu, western Shanghai, and central Zhejiang, there are winds of magnitude 4 to 7 and above (see Figure 1). There will be light fog in part of the coastal waters of Liaodong Bay and the northwestern Korean peninsula, with visibility of less than 10 kilometers.

There are 4 to 6 winds in the Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula, southern Jiangsu, and central and northern Zhejiang (see Figure 2).

  From 08:00 on August 6 to 08:00 on August 7, eastern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, eastern and southwestern Qinghai, eastern Northwest China, most of North China, northern and eastern Huanghuai, northern Sichuan Plateau, western Sichuan Basin, southern and western South China , Western and southern Yunnan and other places have moderate to heavy rains. Among them, there are heavy rains in parts of southern Gansu, northeastern and central southern Shanxi, southern Hebei, northwestern mountains, southeastern Yunnan, and local heavy rains ( 100~140mm). There are 4 to 6 winds in Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula, and eastern Zhejiang (see Figure 3).
