The center of the No. 4 typhoon "Hagubi" (typhoon-level) of 2020 made landfall on the coast of Yueqing, Zhejiang at around 03:30 on August 4. The maximum wind force near the center was 13 (38 m/s) when it landed. The lowest pressure in the center is 970 hPa. On the same day, the reporter came to Yueqing, Zhejiang, and felt a violent typhoon, and the window glass was slightly shaken with it.

  It is reported that it is expected that on August 4, affected by the "Hagupit", the west and south of the East China Sea and the waters near the Diaoyu Islands, the Yangtze River Estuary, Hangzhou Bay, Zhejiang coast, northeastern Fujian coast, Shanghai coast, and southeast Jiangsu coast will have 7 ~9 strong winds, the west of the East China Sea, Zhejiang coastal winds up to 10-12, gusts 13-14; there are heavy to heavy rains in the central and eastern Zhejiang, heavy rains or extreme heavy rains locally.
