The road traffic is seriously congested. The Wenzhou Detachment of the Zhejiang Armed Police Corps swiftly acted in accordance with the pre-plan and rushed to assist Wenzhou, Yueqing and Yongjia, which were more severely affected by the disaster.

  On August 2nd, the typhoon had not landed yet. The Wenzhou Detachment of the Armed Police held a typhoon defense deployment meeting overnight. The officers and soldiers made every effort to strengthen their combat readiness. They organized four rescue echelons to prepare more than 20 boats and nearly 1,000 life jackets to be ready for first-line rescue and disaster relief operations.

  At around 3:30 on August 4, "Hagupit" landed on the coast of Yueqing, Wenzhou, Zhejiang. The strong winds and heavy rainfall caused damage to many parts of Wenzhou.

  At 6 o'clock on August 4, the water level in Bansha Village, Lecheng Street, Yueqing City rose sharply, and the rainfall reached 55mm within half an hour. The Wenzhou Detachment of the Armed Police immediately organized forces to rescue the people living in the surrounding low-lying areas, and arranged room and living security. So far, 15 people have been transferred and settled.

  Nearly 40 plane trees fell on the 800-meter section of Chenxi Road in Yueqing, a city with severe waterlogging, which seriously affected driving safety. The 30 officers and soldiers of the Wenzhou Detachment of the Armed Police, led by Xu Miao, the deputy captain of the Detachment, waded in coordination with the Yueqing garden workers to move the fallen street trees and clear the roadblocks. After nearly 40 minutes of hard work, they quickly cleared the road and successfully completed the road barrier clearance. .

  In Huangtian Street, Yongjia County, where the disaster was more severe, the rescue officers and soldiers were divided into rescue teams and transfer teams. Under the guidance of local street officials and village rescue forces, they used a network format search and rescue method, and searched more than 430 buildings (buildings) in total, and transferred them.
