Keihin Tohoku Line restarted operation July 31 10:11
The JR Keihin Tohoku Line had been suspended from operation after 8am between Omiya Station and Yokohama Station due to the accident resulting in a personal injury at Nippori Station in Tokyo, but it resumed operation before 10am.
