Tokaido Shinkansen operation resumed at 9:58 on July 30th
According to JR Tokai, the Tokaido Shinkansen had been suspended due to the power outage caused by the Earthquake Early Warning, but the operation was resumed just before and after the up and down line between Tokyo Station and Kakegawa Station in Shizuoka Prefecture.
