Hiroshima City announced that 13 people were newly confirmed to have been infected with the new coronavirus in the city. Confirmation of infection will be announced in Hiroshima City for the 20th consecutive day.
Kure City also announced that one person in his 40s living in the city was newly confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
With this, the total number of confirmed infections in Hiroshima is 300.
